General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope
These GTC apply to all orders via the website cafetosdeorigen.ch between Cafetos de Origen and the customer.
2. Offer and Contract Conclusion
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order. The contract is concluded by the confirmation of the order by Cafetos de Origen.
3. Prices and Shipping
All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF). Shipping costs are shown separately in the ordering process. Since coffee is a food product, we place the highest value on freshness (whole beans).
4. Delivery
Delivery is made within Switzerland. Delivery periods are non-binding unless otherwise agreed.
5. Right of Return
As coffee is a perishable food item, a general right of return is excluded, unless the goods are defective.
6. Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Aarau (seat of the company).
