Cafetos de Origen: A story of radical traceability.
We are the bridge between the ancestral wisdom of the Inga culture in Nariño and the Swiss passion for perfection.

Radical transparency: Investing in Infrastructure and Community
Our commitment to quality begins with local empowerment. Currently, we are investing in infrastructure and technical training for the Janamejoy family in the district of El Páramo Bajo. The objective is to professionalize their farm so it can serve as a strategic center for anaerobic fermentation, de-pulping and drying—processing their own microlots as well as those from other local families. By centralizing these post-harvest processes under strict technical standards, we guarantee the consistency of our specialty coffee while strengthening the community's economy.
Our Pillars
Economy with a Human Face
We believe in shared prosperity. Thanks to our radical traceability, we eliminate intermediaries so that the economic value returns directly to the Janamejoy family. By ensuring a fair price above the market average, coupled with economic investment in local infrastructure, we transform coffee into a worthy and scalable economic engine for families in the Vereda Páramo Bajo at the source.
Heritage and Social Justice
We honor the ancestral coffee farming of the Inga culture, highlighting the fundamental role of women – both in coffee cultivation and in strengthening the social fabric in the Vereda Páramo Bajo. This cycle of well-being closes in Switzerland under the direction of our master roaster, who brings a unique character to each roast with her artisanal mastery.
Respect for the Natural Cycle
We cultivate in harmony with the earth. The Janamejoy family has protected Andean biodiversity for more than 20 years, along with other producer families – a heritage we preserve through our model of circular economy and low emissions. From cultivation to our Jeep Espresso Bar (without motor), we ensure our footprint is regenerative and leaves no negative impact.

Jeiner Alvarez
Founder
"I see myself as the link between origin, technology, and responsibility. My vision is that of a bridge between two worlds, in which I use my specialized training as a decisive tool to build a sustainable model with real impact."
My connection to the earth is deeply rooted and shaped by family: I belong to the fourth generation of the indigenous Chimila community from northern Colombia. I grew up seeing and drinking the coffee that my grandmother grew in the garden of our house. She roasted it herself on a wood fire and prepared it in an old "olleta" according to a traditional recipe that I keep today as my greatest treasure. These roots gave me a unique perspective on respect for natural cycles and the value of community.
Education and technical vision:
To professionalize this heritage, I trained according to the standards of the SCA (Specialty Coffee Association). The certificate in Coffee Sustainability Foundation was and is one of the essential drivers that allow me to constantly develop this project further.
Cultivating Change Together
Whether as a partner at events, as a business customer, or as a coffee lover – every collaboration contributes to bringing coffee with soul to more people.
Our vision for Switzerland:
To make our ways even more sustainable, we are currently working on building a network of partners for Click & Collect in the major Swiss cities. This way, we will soon bring the essence of Nariño even more directly and personally to you.
